What's This?
I am Kit, a yoga teacher in Skokie, Illinois. I maintain this site for the benefit of my students. I teach beginning and continuing Hatha yoga at the Skokie Park District. I teach with a strong emphasis on safety, alignment and breathing.
This is my reminder page, designed to refresh your memory of what just happened.
